Gamification is the use of game elements and design techniques for non-game problems to infuse motivation and user engagement.

Generali is an International Insurance Group operating in Motor, Property & Casualty, Health and Life insurance mainly through a distribution network of professional insurance agents.

Generali would like to increase insurance customers and distributors experience exploiting the full potential of the digital world through the development of mobile apps able to increase engagement and education of key stakeholders.

Three main areas of intervention where gamification may be applied are:

  • Option 1: develop an app / proof of concept for customers to increase engagement with the insurer and / or foster proper behaviors
  • Option 2: develop an app / proof of concept for prospects to increase interactions, get product information and quotation, get qualified leads for distributors
  • Option 3: develop an app for insurance agents / sales-force to increase their awareness of Generali product catalogue and processes

The solution should be multi platform and multi device in order to maximize the access for potential users.
